She also provided operational oversight to single and multi-site communities. Ms. Doley has successfully developed company-wide policies and procedures, employee training material, and programs. She was instrumental in securing the appropriate ALF licenses for acquired and newly developed senior living communities in multiple states. Additionally, Yolanda has consulted with hospice and home care companies to secure licensing in various states. Particularly, Dumonde Home Care-Atlanta, which has been owned and operated by her former husband, Chad, since 2014. She has created resident/client assessment and care-planning processes and tools to comply with multiple state regulations, as well as identifying and monitoring critical metrics for measuring the operational performance of senior living communities and home care agencies.

Along with her former husband, Yolanda cared for her mother, Carol, during the last years of her life after surviving Hurricane Katrina. Carol was diagnosed with Dementia and COPD. During these final years, Yolanda had to call on assistance from the Assisted Living Communities, home care, home health, and in the end, hospice to help manage her mother's care. During this time, Yolanda committed to personally impacting the quality of care for all individuals, specifically seniors, for the remainder of her professional career.

Yolanda states, "I'm dedicated to ensuring that any senior living or home care company I support has quality systems and exceptionally trained professionals in place who are capable of providing the highest level of service. Being afforded the opportunity to offer Allied Health certification courses throughout DuMonde Training Centers will allow DuMonde to directly impact Quality Care and Services throughout multiple states."
